I am an experienced Board Member with governance experience on a number of Committees and Boards within the not-for-profit sector.  I combine strategic, business transformation and commercial expertise with strong skills in organisational development, financial oversight and complex stakeholder engagement including in heavily regulated industries.

I am a senior business leader with over 25 years healthcare and life sciences industry experience including 8 years as Partner in Big 4 Global Professional Services Firm.  Adept in leading and delivering complex, multi-year technology and people enabled business transformation programmes, with a proven track record of delivering competitive advantage through accelerated multi £m growth, or significant cost reduction enabling long-term financial sustainability.

An accredited Executive Coach, I am recognised as an authentic and inclusive people leader and diversity champion, able to navigate and influence across complex stakeholder environments (including public, private and not for profit sectors), building and leveraging wide ranging multi-agency relationships with trust and integrity.
