I work with executive and leadership teams helping you understand how the team is working currently, and supporting you to put in place enhanced ways of working to build trust, foster supportive and productive working relationships and enable your team to achieve its fullest potential

I run a range of Group coaching programmes, particularly around Leadership development, Women's Leadership, and Maternity coaching.  These provide an excellent opportunity to benefit from coaching as well as the the insights and perspectives from a like-minded cohort of individuals

Team coaching: my coaching philosophy

My team coaching approach is focused on the principle that every team has the potential to develop and improve. As a coach, my role is to help the teams I work with tap into that potential, by providing them with the space, attention and support they need.  I take a holistic, integrated approach to coaching teams, combining this with a high degree of organisational awareness and a sensitive appreciation of broader systemic influences.  My coaching philosophy is built upon the following principles:

Group coaching

I offer a range of group coaching options.  Groups are typically 5-6 individuals at similar life or career development stages, who are keen to combine the benefits of coaching with the opportunity to build their network, and to benefit from the additional insights and perspectives of colleagues. 

Leadership skills

Looking to flex and hone your leadership style, and to enhance the 'softer' leadership skills around communication, engagement, presentation and influencing skills etc

Women's leadership

Focussed groups aimed at supporting women as they navigate and shape their career paths, particularly in professional services organisations

Maternity coaching

Dedicated groups, typically aimed at pre-maternity leave planning, and post-maternity leave transitioning back to work

About Me

Passionate about helping you achieve your goals and your potential

I’m Vicky, a business transformation expert and executive leadership coach.

Over the last 20+ years I have had the privilege of leading large teams and organisations including over 16 years in global professional services organisations, the last 8 years of which as Equity Partner in Ernst & Young's Healthcare & Life sciences Consulting practice.  Prior to this I worked for over 5 years in a variety of senior operational and general management roles in the NHS.  I've also held various Board positions with 3rd sector organisations, and am currently on the Board of Trustees with United Response.

 

I’ve spent the last 20 years informally and formally coaching individuals and teams, including senior executives and C-suite clients to achieve their professional goals. ​
